Why you should get a detail and avoid using automatic car washes!

Look, we all know drive through car washes are quick, easy and sometimes fun to go through but, that does not mean they are doing a proper job cleaning your vehicle! In fact, most car washes do more damage to your clear coat and paint then you could possibly even imagine. They are full of dirt which get dragged along the surface of your paint, they use cheap chemicals that don't last and provide little to no protection of your vehicles clear coat! Ever notice heavy swirling or scratches in your cars paint? A lot of times the cause of that is machine washes or improper DIY washes at home. If you are going to take this route, please use touchless washes (unless you are ceramic coated) or use the two-bucket method at home for much better results.

I hardly even know where to start! I would say the number one reason (in my opinion) to get a proper detail and to continue to do so is preserving the vehicle, so you get the most enjoyment out of your ride as possible.
